At Hosting Roo, we stand behind the quality of our services. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all new cPanel hosting plans. If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund—no hard feelings.
1. What’s Covered
You are eligible for a full refund of hosting fees if:
You are a first-time Hosting Roo customer.
You cancel your cPanel hosting account within 30 days of the original sign-up date.
You request the refund in writing to billing@hostingroo.com within that 30-day window.
2. What’s Not Covered
The following are non-refundable, even if purchased with your hosting plan:
Domain registrations, transfers, or renewals
Office 365 or other third-party licensed services
SSL certificates
Dedicated IP addresses
Add-ons, custom services, or manual setup fees
Domain names remain your property and can be transferred anytime.
3. Limitations
Refunds apply only to new accounts, not renewals, upgrades, or returning customers.
Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., multiple accounts with same user/payment) may void eligibility.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to Acceptable Use Policy violations forfeit refund rights.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@hostingroo.com with:
Your domain name
Hosting account username or invoice number
Optional brief reason for cancellation
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Modifications
Hosting Roo reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Changes will not affect customers currently within their 30-day eligibility period.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
