HostingRoo Affiliate Agreement

1. Overview
This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in the HostingRoo Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid PayPal account or Australian bank account for commission payouts for cash payouts.
Not operate any website or service that violates HostingRoo’s Acceptable Use Policy.
HostingRoo reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Earn 10% commission on each hosting payment made by referred customers.
Commissions apply to new purchases and ongoing renewals of hosting services.
Domain registrations, Office 365 services, and other non-hosting products are excluded.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid after a 45-day holding period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.
Minimum payout threshold is AUD $50.
Cash payouts are made via PayPal (globally) or bank transfer (Australia only).
5. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must not:
Use spam, misleading content, or unauthorized advertising (e.g., PPC on HostingRoo brand terms).
Misrepresent HostingRoo or its services.
Promote affiliate links on coupon or deal sites without written permission.
HostingRoo reserves the right to withhold commissions or terminate accounts in cases of abuse or policy violations.
6. Term & Termination
This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Eligible unpaid commissions will be processed in the next payout cycle upon termination.
7. Liability Disclaimer
HostingRoo makes no guarantees regarding earnings. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
8. Modifications
HostingRoo reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
