HostingRoo Affiliate Agreement

Applies to: All participants in the HostingRoo Affiliate Program

1. Overview

This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in the HostingRoo Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have a valid PayPal account or Australian bank account for commission payments.

• Not operate any website or service in breach of HostingRoo’s Acceptable Use Policy.

HostingRoo reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 10% of each hosting payment made by referred customers.

• Commission applies to new purchases and renewals of hosting services.

• Domain registrations, Office 365 services, and non-hosting products are excluded.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid after a 45-day holding period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

• Minimum payout threshold is AUD $50.00.

• Payouts are made via PayPal (global) or bank transfer (Australia only).

If your account remains below the payout threshold for 12 months, accrued commissions may be forfeited.

5. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must not:

• Use spam, misleading tactics, or unauthorized advertising (e.g., PPC on HostingRoo brand terms).

• Misrepresent HostingRoo’s services.

• Place affiliate links on coupon or discount sites without permission.

HostingRoo reserves the right to withhold commissions or terminate your account if abuse is detected.

6. Term & Termination

• This agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

• Either party may terminate with or without cause at any time.

• Upon termination, unpaid commissions that meet payout conditions will be paid in the next cycle.

7. Liability Disclaimer

HostingRoo makes no guarantees about income potential. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to participation in this Program.

8. Modifications

HostingRoo reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
