If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of signing up, you may request a full refund—no hard feelings.
1. What’s Covered
You are eligible for a 100% refund of your hosting fees if:
You are a first-time customer of HostingRoo.com.
You cancel your cPanel hosting account within 30 days of the original sign-up date.
You request the refund in writing to billing@hostingroo.com within that same 30-day window.
2. What’s Not Covered
The following services are non-refundable, even if purchased with your hosting plan:
Domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals
Office 365 or any other third-party licensed services
SSL certificates
Dedicated IP addresses
Add-ons, custom services, or manual setup fees
Domain name purchases remain yours and can be transferred at any time.
3. Limitations
Refunds are only available to new accounts. Returning customers, account renewals, or upgrades do not qualify.
Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., multiple sign-ups from the same user or payment method) may void eligibility.
Accounts suspended or terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations (e.g., spam, abuse, illegal activity) forfeit any refund eligibility.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email billing@hostingroo.com with:
Your domain name
Your hosting account username or invoice number
A brief reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Modifications
HostingRoo.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Any changes will not affect users currently within their 30-day eligibility window.
