By signing up for any service provided by HostingRoo.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our services.
1. Definitions
“Service”: Any hosting, domain registration, Office 365, or related service provided by HostingRoo.
“Customer”: The individual or entity entering into this agreement with HostingRoo.
“Account Owner”: The primary contact and decision-maker responsible for the Customer’s account.
“Authorized Contact”: Any additional individual granted specific permissions on the account.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using HostingRoo.com, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Agree to comply with all laws and HostingRoo’s policies.
3. Services Provided
HostingRoo.com provides:
Web hosting via cPanel
Domain name registration, transfer, and renewal (as a reseller)
Microsoft Office 365 licensing (as a reseller)
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
4. Account Registration & Ownership
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete contact and billing information
Safeguarding your login credentials
All activity occurring under your account
The Account Owner holds full control. You may add Authorized Contacts with limited access.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy:

Prohibited content and activities include:
Spam, phishing, and malware
Pornography or sexually explicit material
Pirated software, warez, or hacking tools
Resource abuse, crypto mining
Illegal, abusive, or misleading content
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
6. Payment Terms & Billing
Services are billed on monthly, annual, 2-year, or 3-year cycles
All services auto-renew by default
Invoices are issued electronically
Services are suspended if payment is overdue and terminated if not resolved
7. Refunds & Disputes
Hosting plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee
Refunds are not available beyond this period
Domains, Office 365, and third-party services are non-refundable
Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of charge
8. Cancellations
Customers may cancel at any time via the client portal or support
No cancellation fees apply
Data is deleted upon cancellation and cannot be recovered
9. Backups & Data
HostingRoo performs server-level backups, but customer backups are the customer’s responsibility
We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or consequential damages
10. Uptime Guarantee & SLA
We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Service credits are available on request:

Requests for SLA credit must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.
11. Limitation of Liability
HostingRoo is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business, income, or data
Service disruptions beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 30 days.
12. Suspension & Termination
HostingRoo may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
You breach these Terms or our AUP
Your account remains unpaid beyond the grace period
Legal or abuse complaints are received
All data may be deleted upon termination.
13. Modifications
HostingRoo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts unless prohibited by law.
